VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (ffAJficdaQ meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the first day of February , 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: none

and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 21-56
WHEREAS. the preliminary report covering Project #71-8A for the
Fernbrook Lane Improvement was accepted by the Village Council as of
this date by Resolution #71-55.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A public hearing is ordered by the Plymouth Village Council
to be held on such proposed improvement on the first day of March,
1971 at the Village Council Chambers in the Public Works Municipal
Building at 7:30 P.M. located at 14900C 23rd Avenue North. The
Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Cauneil..n !lints and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:_ Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
pent: and Spaeth The following voted against.
Councilmen Hunt Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
