VILLAGE. OF PLYMOUTH
I ;'s+eat to due call and notice thereof, a regular, meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the first day of February , 1971. The following members were
present; Mayor Hilds, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution
land moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-55
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer dated
January 18, 1971 recommonAing the improvement of Fornbrook Lane at State
Highway 055 north to north line Section 21, Project 071 -SAS for an estimated
cost of _$79 780.
NOW THrREFORF., BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Council will consider the aforespid improvement in accordance
with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said
boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the
improvement as shown on ssid report.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman U=t and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:_ Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,
Hints. Spaeth and Hunt The following voted against (abstained).
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular (apsxf-.)
meeting of the Village Council of. said Village held on February 1
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is—a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
