VILLAGE. OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (,1) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the _ftr.c day of Fabtyuy , 1971. The following members were
present:__ Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absents none

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-54
WHEREAS, the Northern States Power requested the grantieg of
an easement on Lots i and 2, Block 8, Beacon Heights Second Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Council hereby authorises the Village to enter into an
agreement with the Northern States Power Company concerning the
easement on Lots 1 and 2, Block 8, Beacon Heights Second Addition
In exchange for the reconveyance of the origins' easement m said
property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and epan vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hints. Spaeth and Hunt _ The following voted against (abstained).
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular Npon=)
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on Februer!r 1 ,
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
