Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (APNORNO meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the first day of February , 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hint:, Spaeth and Hunt

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-S3
WHEREAS, approval is requested for final payment on the
Pump House /2 contract.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval Is hereby given to make final paysamt in the amount
of $2,502.70 for Pump Howe /2 project to the Richert P3unbing i
Heating Company, Boa 207, Route b, Stillwater, Kim. 55002.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by C0410s4301410 U— and upon vote being taken thereon,
