Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular mooting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was hold on
the first day of February, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints. Spaeth and Bunt. No one wan
absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-50
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project Nos. 6707 and 7010
showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades, and cross-sections,
together with specifications and special provisions for the construction
of County State Aid Highways #10 and #10 within the limits of the
Village of Plymouth as a State Aid Project have been prepared and
presented to the Village:
NOW, TMMMRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYNDUTH:
"That said plans. specifications and special provisions be in

all things approved and authorise entering into the Construction,- '
Cooperative Agreement for same subject to the right to further negotiate

the alignment of the service road on the Northwest quadrant of 49th Avenue �.
North and County Road #18 and subject to the Village not having to pay
for said project until January 1, 1972."
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, i

Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Vhsrsupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

a Resolution regarding a Cooperative Agreement with the Hennepin County
aighvay Department.
