Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, 6 - 1 1) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the first day of Febrewry , 1971. The following members were
present:_ Mayor Hilde*Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: none

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-48
WHEREAS, Mr. W. H. Cates, 3220 N. Reniu■ Lane, requested a Conditional
Use Permit for a liquor store and convenience grocery store at Roland Street
and Francis Avenue.
NOS? THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for a Conditional Use Permit for a liquor
store and convenience grocery store not to'euceed 3,000 square feat of
gross floor space to be located at Roland Street and Francis Avenue to
Mr. W. H. Cates.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt The following voted against (abstained).
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
