its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-46
WHEREAS. pursuant. to a request by the Council the Consultant Engineer
prepared plans and specifications for Project #70-2,A - Fox Meadows Storrs
Sewer Oversising Improvement from Ferabrook Lane to the east side `c` the
Cavanaugh Addition and from Forabrook Lane to Trunk Highway #55 for
estimated cost of $5.980.00, Such plans and specifications dated December,
23, 1970 were presented to Council for approval.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLkGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Such plans and specifications for Project 170-2,A Outfall Stoef•
Satyr Trunk line, a copy of Which is attached hereto and made a part
bereof is hereby approved.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Spaeth and Hunt. Couneilmna Hintz abstained. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
