VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH 1
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a . (special) meeting 1
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 25th day of January , 1971. The following members were
present:_ Mavor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz. Spaeth and Hunt

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-44
WHEREAS, approval is requested for the General Fund disbursement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for the General fiord disbursement
in the amount of $31,628.99 for the period endi.ns
January 18, 1971.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by _ Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:_ Mayor Hilde. Councilman Johnson,
Hintz. Spaeth and Hunt The following voted against (abstained).;
none Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
