Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a magnbaX (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on
the 25th day of January . 1971. The following members wore
present:_ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: none ,

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-43
WHEREAS, it was required to approve the Construction and
Sinking Fund disbursement for the period ending Jauuery 18, 1971.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLWtOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for the Construction and Sinking
Fund disbursement in the amount of $407,757.91.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmen Hints and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hints, Spaeth and Runt The following voted against (abstained).
now Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
