OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Re=kax, (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of January , 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt The following members were absent: *AR Councilman Hunt and moved its adoption: none RAR introduced the following Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 71-42 WHEREAS, a plan concerning the alignment of Vicksburg and Niagara Lanes was prepared by the Consultant Engineer. NOW THEREFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The alignment plan concerning Vicksburg and Niagara Lanes is hereby adopted to include 100' of right of way with access to be restricted to cross streets only. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secondei by _ Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Navor Hilde. Councilmen Johnson, Hintz. Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted against (abstained),I none Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
