Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a idow I>mi (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 25th day of January , 1971. The following members were
present: Mavor Hilds. Councilman Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent:
none
Councilman Johnson introduced t'ie following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-41
WHEREAS, an authorisation is required to expend funds for
enforcement of the snowmobile ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Authorisation is hereby given to expend money for a snowmobile
hitch, two snowmobile suits and other necessary equipment
which will total approximately $200.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by ce��2..., Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: 5Mr_Hilde. Councilmen Johnson„

duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a 00901ot (special)
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on January 25
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
