RESOLUTION PREIVING REPORT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesotawasheld on the
25th day of January, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one was
labsent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved

RESOLUTION N0. 71-40
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to
the Village Council on January 8, 1971t recommending Project 071-1,2,0+0
for water, sewer and streets in Cavmaaugh Additions:'
NOW, THEREIORE, SE IT.RESOLVED hi THE VILLAGE CMNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE Op PLYNOITrH:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in
accordance "with the report and the assassmsnt of property
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec.
429.011 to 429.111, at an satimated total cost of the
improvement of $240,400.
2. The Acting Manager is directed to get son, Information on
the two lots at the led of Lakewood Lane and determine if

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly

seconded by Couacilman Johnson and upon roti being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Gouncilm m Johnson,
Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the notion.
was declared duly passed and adopted.
