Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 71-38
WHEIZAS, the Purchasing Agent is requesting authorisation to
enter into a cooperative purchasing agneas[[ with the State of Minnesota
Commissioner of Administration for Zeraw Copier Meatal and various
commodities an available.

The Acting !tanager of the Village of Plymouth is hereby authorized
to enter into a cooperative purchasing agreuant with the Commissioner

and various commodities ea available..

seconded by Councllmaa Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor thereofa Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,
