WHE"t'AS, approval of a Change Order on Project /70 -SA was
requested.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OP PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for the Change Order on Project 170 -SA,
34th Avenue Street Improvement contract with BeginConstruction
to extend 150' west on 34th Avenue.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,,
the following voted in favor thereof:_ Myor Hilda, Caumcilmen Hists,
Jehasos. Swath and Hunt The following voted against (abstained).-
Whereupon the resolution was declarad "
duly passed and adopted.
