Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular seating of the
; Village Council of the Nillage of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the
118th day of January, 1971, The following members were presentt

;; Councilman Hints introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 71-31
WORMS approval is requested for the disbursements stated
below.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMMM:
Approval is hereby glean for the following disburArmentet
General Fund, pariod',ending Dsr, 31, 1970, $365,880.78
Construction i Sinking Fund, period`iading Doc. 31, 1970, $3,506,057.20
Regular payroll, period ending Jan. 15, 1971, $17,918.13.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon; the
following voted in favor thoreof:.Mayor'Hilde. Councilman Johnson, Riots
and Hunt. No one voted aEainst. ,Whereupon the resolution was decl.arad
duly passed and adopted.
