i Councilman Runt introduced the following Resolution and moved 1

RESOLUTION NO. 71-30
jWHEREAS an application was received to renew the Off Sale Liquor
License for Ronald Libby.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
{ THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to approve the Off Sale Liquor License
renewal for Ronald Libby dba. Una Lake Bottle Shop, 11540 County go" P10,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon Tote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayon Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz
and Hunt. No one -.,*ted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared
j duly passed and adopted.
