The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,. Hints and Aunt. Councilman Spaeth j was absent. ' Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved 11 i� a its adoption: j; I RESOLUTION NO. 71-21. 'i WHEREAS, lira Robert R. Stimpson, 17025 14th Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota requested a division of Lot 5, Kreats-•Highview Acres. Second ' i� Addition into three lots. NOW THEREMfRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF Tog VILLAGE OF PLYle M. � f1:-That the requirements of Ordinance 066-1 of the Village of ' Plymouth passed on January 10, 1%6, and filed on April 6. '{ 1966. in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, ij Register of Dseds. Hennepin County, Mianesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres II in area and 300 feat in width are hereby waivedueubject to ! the following considerations on the following described parcels: t A. That minimum basement floor elevations for Lots A and C ii be established by the Building Inspector prior to I issuance of a Building Permit. B. That easements be granted for utilities and drainage as required by the Village Engineer. �i C.
