Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 71-1 f.
WHEREAS, a revised development contract as been submitted covering
the development of Sunny Acres Third Addition for approval, by Gerald Roddy.
NOW THEREFORE,, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

Approval to hereby given for the revised Development Contract as '
altered to reflect changes relative to utility improvlvaats for bunny.
Acres Third Addition as covered by the Consultant Engineer's preliminary.'
report of December 23. 1970.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,
Hints. Spaeth ani Hunt. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
