ESOLUTION EDICINE AKE ONFERENCE OOM MPROVEMENTS TO BE

UNDED THROUGH OMMUNICATIONS ESOURCE LANNING UND
WHEREAS, the City maintains the Medicine Lake Conference Room for City Council and
other meetings; and
WHEREAS, the current technological equipment has failed and requires replacement; and
WHEREAS, the Communications Resource Planning Fund has the resources available to
make the system repairs and necessary improvements to the room,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the technological equipment improvements to the Medicine Lake
Room with the funding source to be from the Communications Resource Planning Fund at an
estimated cost of $25,000 is hereby approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 8th day of December, 2015.
