NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEMAYORANDCITYCOUNCILOFTHECITYOF PLYMOUTH,MINNESOTAthat the on-sale wine and 3.2 liquor licenses are hereby approved for JDV Restaurant, Inc., d/b/a Ming’s Garden 4190 Vinewood Lane N. #113. The liquor license is issued for the period through January 31, 2016. APPROVED by the City Council on this 8th day of December, 2015.
