ESOLUTION PPROVING A ONSULTING ERVICES GREEMENT WITH
SWTTMS
OUTHEST RANSIT FOR RANSIT ANAGEMENT ERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth operates the Plymouth Metrolink Transit Service; and
WHEREAS, the City has maintained a successful relationship with SouthWest Transit to provide
management and oversight of the system; and
WHEREAS, this partnership has been determined to be mutually advantageous.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Contract for Transit Management Consulting Services with SouthWest
Transit is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign the
Agreement for Professional Services.
