ESOLUTION PPROVING EMPORARY NCROACHMENT

GREEMENT WITH THE INNEHAHA REEK ATERSHED ISTRICT FOR THE
SPM:GP23
TORMWATER OND AINTENANCE LEASON ONDS AND
WHEREAS, the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has requested authorization to encroach
onto portions of the City’s platted utility, drainage, and ponding easements within the Gleason Lake and
Gleason Northshore Additions; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement is temporary and authorizes only activities associated
with dredging sediment within the Gleason Ponds 2 and 3; and
WHEREAS, the area of authorized encroachment is limited to the platted utility and
drainage easements over Lots 8-11, Block 1 and Lot 12, Block 2 Gleason Lake Addition and the
drainage easement for ponding purposes over Lot 15, Block 1 Gleason Northshore,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Encroachment Agreement for the 2015-2016 Stormwater Pond Maintenance:
Gleason Ponds 2 and 3 project is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth, the agreement that will allow encroachment onto
City utility, drainage, and ponding easements.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 8th day of December, 2015.
