HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2015-346 CP ITY OF LYMOUTH RN.2015-346 ESOLUTION O RAWON.1121 ESOLUTION PPROVING ORK RDERS O THROUGH SAN.2 AND UPPLEMENTAL GREEMENT O PLNSLR(10015) FOR EONY ANE ORTH OF CHMIDT AKE OAD WHEREAS, Work Order No. 11 is payment for additional work required in November 2014 in order to open the roadway for the winter; and WHEREAS, Work Order No. 12 is for slope changes and storm sewer adjustments in Ponds 2 and 4; and th WHEREAS, Work Order No. 13 is for adjusting intersection grades at 54 Avenue to drain properly; and WHEREAS, Work Order No. 14 is for additional subgrade corrections due to unstable soils in the Elm Creek Interceptor trench; and WHEREAS, Work Order No. 15 is profile adjustments in the low point due to high groundwater and resulting modifications to storm sewer; and WHEREAS, Work Order No. 16 is for modifications to planned curb grades to improve drainage and resulting storm sewer modifications as well as changes needed to accommodate Enclave on the Greenway; and WHEREAS, Work Order No. 17 is for necessary removal of materials placed under Work Order No. 11 (materials were re-used onsite); and WHEREAS, Work Order No. 18 is for drain tile and a storm sewer connection for existing drain tile discovered coming from the Tombers property; and WHEREAS, Work Order No. 19 is for storm sewer adjustments for the Elm Creek crossing north of Wayzata High School; and WHEREAS, Work Order No. 20 is for traffic signal changes requested by Hennepin County subsequent to their approval of the plans (stand-alone pedestrian push buttons); and WHEREAS, Work Order No. 21 is for curb and gutter changes resulting from incomplete utility work and storm sewer work by Maple Grove; WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 2 is for the pond revisions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: Work Orders No. 11 through 21 in the amount of $83,288.30 are and Supplemental Agreement No. 2 in the amount of $83,288.30 are hereby approved. APPROVED by the City Council on this 8th day of December, 2015.
