RESOLUTION No. 2010-175
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED
MILLENNIUM GARDEN RENTAL POLICY
WHEREAS, staff has presented policy language changes for the
Millennium Garden Rental Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission also reviewed
the policy amendments on June 10, 2010 and recommended their approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the amended
Millennium Garden Rental Policy is hereby approved.
