RESOLUTION No. 2010-174
APPROVING REPLACEMENT OF HOCKEY RINK AT PLYMOUTH CREEK PARK
WHEREAS, the City's Comprehensive Plan calls for the replacement of hockey rinks
throughout the community in a planned fashioned over the next ten years; and
WHEREAS, the approved Capital Improvement Budget allocates funding in the 2010 year for
replacement of one hockey rink;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to
proceed with the replacement of a hockey rink at Plymouth Creek Park with fiinding to come from
$80,000 from the Park Replacement Fund, and $80,000 from the Park Dedication Fund.
