HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2010-171CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2010-171 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDING TO MN/DOT FOR THE MUNICIPAL AGREEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is eligible to receive funding from the Mn/DOT for Municipal Agreement Program, and WHEREAS, the amount of funding the City is eligible to receive is $430,000, and WHEREAS, a plan has been proposed for the West Medicine Lake Drive and Highway 55 Intersection Improvement Project, and WHEREAS, if the fiinding is provided, the City will complete the project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; That the City of Plymouth hereby authorizes the Director of Public Works or his designee to apply for the Municipal Agreement Program funding from Mn/DOT in the amount of $430,000 to be used for the constriction of the West Medicine Lake Drive and Highway 55 Intersection Improvement Project.
