RESOLUTION No. 2010-168
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF
UNPLATTED PARCEL 06-118-22-11-0003
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has notified the City of a property that has become tax forfeit as a
result of non-payment of property taxes and/or special assessments; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Council's Tax Forfeit Land Policy, the parcel has been
reviewed; and
WHEREAS, Parcel 06-118-22-11-0003 contains a dwelling and related appurtenances, including
a well and septic system but the parcel will best serve a public interest for street right-of-way and storm
water drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That it requests conveyance of the subject property to the City of Plymouth for the public use as
street right-of-way and related storm water drainage.
