RESOLUTION No. 2010-160
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING"
SIGNS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 5T" AVENUE WEST OF RANCHVIEW LANE
WHEREAS, the city has received a petition from the property owners along the north side of 5th
Avenue west of Ranchview Lane to restrict the parking on 5th Avenue west of Ranchview Lane
on the north side of the street during the hours of 8am - 4:30pm during school days;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to install "No Parking" signs on the
north side of 5t1' Avenue west of Ranchview Lane to prohibit parking between 8am — 4:30
pm during school days.
