ESOLUTION PPROVING THE ABOR GREEMENT

AW NFORCEMENT ABOR ERVICES OLICE OFFICERS
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor Services,
representing Plymouth Police Officers have met to negotiate a labor contract in accordance with the
Public Employment Labor Relations Act, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that an agreement has been reached for the period of
January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement; and
NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHECITYCOUNCILOFTHECITYOFPLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and LELS Police Officers, for the
period of January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2017 is hereby approved.
Approved by the City Council on this 24th day of November, 2015.
