ESOLUTION PPROVING ORK RDERS O THROUGH

WHEREAS, Work Orders No. Work Order No. 4 is payment for extending the construction limits south to
the north Wayzata High School driveway including a mill and overlay and curb work; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 5 is for rock bedding to stabilize poor soils for box culvert installation.
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 6 is for restocking fees for unused sanitary sewer and watermain materials due to
new development; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 7 is for sanitary sewer materials used for new development; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 8 is for restocking fees for unused sanitary sewer and watermain that was
eliminated from the project; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 9 is for additional work required on the existing box culvert on CR 47 which
was required in order to make the crossing safe; and
WHEREAS, Work Order No. 10 for striping changes on CR 47 requested by Hennepin County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: Work Orders No. 4 through 10 in the amount of $41,307.82 are hereby approved and the
retainage is hereby reduced to 2%.
