ESOLUTION CCEPTING TILITIES FOR ONTINUAL AINTENANCE
JR(2014037)
FOR UNEAU IDGE
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 9, 2014 Juneau
Ventures, LLC, developer of Juneau Ridge (2014037), has agreed to install certain improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted
below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to
reflect the completed work; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that the financial guarantee requirements are reduced as follows:

That the required financial guarantee and Letter of Credit No. 6319186 for the above items be reduced
from $222,172 to $99,285.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the financial guarantee requirements for the following items per
Section 31 of the approved Development Contract remain as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the utilities are accepted for continuous maintenance as of
November 24, 2015, subject to the two-year guarantee by the Developer per Letter of Credit No.
6319186.
