RESOLUTION No. 2010-143
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CLERK
WHEREAS, there are legal duties that are assigned to the City Clerk by statute; and
WHEREAS; in the Clerk's absence, delays are experienced in carrying out legally required
duties; and
WHEREAS; the City Clerk has appointed Diane Tiegs-Roussell as Deputy Clerk to serve in
her absence,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Council hereby confirms the
appointment of Diane Tiegs-Roussell as Deputy Clerk to serve in the absence of the City
Clerk.
