RESOLUTION No. 2010-142
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTIONJUDGES TO THE
ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD FOR 2010 ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, per Section 203.03 of the City Code and Minnesota Statutes Section 203B.13 an
Absentee Ballot Board is authorized for all elections; and
WHEREAS; members of the Absentee Ballot Board must be appointed prior to June 25, 2010
for the State Primary Election as well as the November General Election in order to comply with
Minnesota Election Law provisions in accepting and rejecting absentee ballots 45 days prior to an
election,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following individuals are hereby
appointed to the Absentee Ballot Board for the 2010 Elections:
Ellie Singer
Elly Barth
Naomi Wells
Karen Tomlinson
Jim Kovach
Thomas Simonson
Maggie Christiansen -Freese
Linda Donaldson
Maureen Prestifilippo
Dorothy Spitzner
Sandra Engdahl
Diane Tiegs-Roussell
Kim Olson
Lisa Baird
Patty Schaffer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that members of the Hennepin County appointed
Absentee Ballot Board are hereby authorized to process absentee ballots for residents who
vote at Hennepin County Elections Office.
