RESOLUTION NO. 2010-130
APPROVING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE STREET RECONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the unaudited financial report for
2009 and received a recommendation for transfers from the General Fund to Street
Reconstruction Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Manager is
authorized to transfer $730,000 from the General Fund to the Street Reconstruction
Fund.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the transfer is to be made effective
December 31, 2009, for the 2009 accounting year.
Adopted by the city council on May 11, 2010.
