RESOLUTION NO. 2010-080
APPROVING AUTHORIZATION FOR BID FOR THE HILDE PERFORMANCE CENTER
WHEREAS, the approved Five -Year Capital Improvement Program includes funding for
upgrades to the Hilde Performance Center; and
WHEREAS, previously the City Council has authorized staff to begin preparation of plans and
specifications for the Hilde Performance Center; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications are now complete for Phase 1 of the Hilde Performance
Center upgrades; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the plans and specifications are approved, and staff is
directed to solicit bids for constriction of the Hilde Performance Center in accordance with the
approved plans and specifications.
