RESOLUTION No. 2010-069
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF
APPLEBEES, 3500 VICKSBURG LANE, SUITE 100
TO EXTEND THE LICENSED PREMISES ON A SEASONAL BASIS
WHEREAS, Applebee's Restaurants North, LLC, d/b/a Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and
Bar, 3500 Vicksburg Lane, Suite 100, has submitted an application to extend their licensed premises
for outdoor seating; and
WHEREAS, the outdoor area would be in a permanent fenced area and used on a seasonal
basis; and
WHEREAS; the applicant has submitted a plan modification for the site which would require
administrative approval by the Planning Division,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request to extend the licensed
premises is hereby approved with the condition that the plan modification is approved by the
Planning Division.
