RESOLUTION NO. 2010-068
A RESOLUTION TO RENEW REFUSE HAULER LICENSES
FOR THE PERIOD OF APRIL 1, 2010 THROUGH MARCH 31, 2011
WHEREAS, applications for renewals of Refuse Hauler Licenses have been received; and
WHEREAS, all required fees, annual reports, certificates of insurance, and surety bonds
have or will be provided prior to issuance of licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Refiise Hauler Licenses are hereby approved for
the businesses listed below for the period April 1, 2010, through March 31, 2011.
