RESOLUTION 2010-052
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO BYLAWS FOR THE PLYMOUTH FIRE RELIEF ASSOCIATION
WI1EREAS, the Minnesota Legislature made changes to laws affecting Fire Relief
Associations in 2008 and 2009; and
WI1EREAS; some of those statutory changes require the Association to amend its bylaws;
and
WI1EREAS; the Board of Trustees recommends certain other changes to the bylaws, as
outlined in the staff report; and
WI1EREAS, the Plymouth Fire Relief Association membership voted to approve these
changes at its meeting on February 8, 2010.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL THAT THE ATTACHED BYLAWS ARE HEREBY
AMENDED AS NOTED.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON FEBRUARY 23, 2010.
