RESOLUTION No. 2010-042
A RESOLUTION APPROVING 2010 PARK CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City has an adopted 2010-2014 Capital Improvement Budget; and
WHEREAS, various projects are allocated for the year 2010 in the park section of the
budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is hereby
authorized to proceed with the projects as outlined in the staff report dated February 9, 2010.
APPROVED THIS 9TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2010.
