RESOLUTION NO. 2000-638
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR SKY VENTURES, LLC d/b/a. PIZZA HUT
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license from Sky
Ventures LLC, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates, and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -
sale 3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Sky Ventures, LLC d/b/a Pizza Hut, 1415 Co.
Rd. 101. The on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is issued for a period through January 31, 2000.
Approved by the City Council on December 19, 2000.
