Resolution No. 2000-635
ADOPT THE STATE OF MINNESOTA STATUTE
471.345 FOR ALL CITY PURCHASES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth policy currently follows State of Minnesota Statute 471.345
for City purchases of less than $25,000; and
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has revised its statute to increase contract limits from
$25,000 to $50,000.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the State of Minnesota Statute 471.345 for all City purchases.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that State of Minnesota Statute 471.345 will supersede all
previous City purchasing policies and resolutions where they conflict.
Adopted by the City Council on December 19, 2000.
