RESOLUTION NO. 2000-633
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO SHINGOBEE BUILDERS
WHEREAS, Shingobee Builders has completed all work on the Plymouth Creek Center in
accordance with their contract with the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the City's architect, Delano Erickson, has recommended final payment in the
amount of $14,000; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is also recommending that final payment be
made to Shingobee Builders, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
that the Finance Director is authorized to make final payment in the amount of $14,000 to
Shingobee Builders, Inc., for their work on the Plymouth Creek Center facility.
Adopted by the City Council on December 19, 2000.
