APPROVING COOPERATIVE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
LAWNDALE LANE CONSTRUCTION
COUNTY ROAD 10 TO COUNTY ROAD 47
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND CITY OF MAPLE GROVE
CITY PROJECT NO. 9913
WHEREAS, Maple Grove is proposing to improve Lawndale Lane from County Road 10
southerly to their city limits; and
WHEREAS, in order that an improved Lawndale Lane will be completed to County Road 47
that portion within the City of Plymouth should be included within the project; and
WHEREAS, Maple Grove has prepared plans and specifications for the total improvement
and received bids on the project; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that Maple Grove will be the lead agency for the construction of
the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into the Cooperative Joint Powers Agreement with Maple Grove for the construction
of Lawndale Lane from County Road 10 to County Road 47.
Adopted by the City Council on December 19, 2000.
