RESOLUTION 2000-592
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR FRED KICKERTZ TO ALLOW A
1,085 -SQUARE FOOT THREE -STALL GARAGE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2205 WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE. (20168)
WHEREAS, Fred Kickertz has requested a conditional use permit to allow 1,085- square
feet of attached garage on property legally described as follows:
That part of Lot 4, Block 1, Penwalk Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying
northerly and westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the notrhwest
corner of said Lot 4; thence easterly along the north line thereof a distance of 107.53 feet
to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence deflecting to the right 85
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 12.70 feet; thence southwesterly to a point
on the westerly line of said Lot 4 distance 28.00 feet southeasterly from the northwest
corner thereof, and said line there terminating; and,
Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Penwalk Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Fred Kickertz for a conditional use permit, subject to the following conditions:
1. A conditional use permit is approved to allow a 1,085 -square foot three -stall garage
on property located at 2205 West Medicine Lake Drive, as shown on the application
and plans received on October 26, 2000.

A. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
B. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
C. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property
owner or applicant has substantially started construction of the project, or unless
the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the
expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under Section 21015.07
of the Zoning Ordinance.
