RESOLUTION 2000-591
APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS FOR
UNITED PROPERTIES FOR PHASE 2 OF PLYMOUTH WOODS OFFICE CENTER,
LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF 34TH AVENUE AND FERNBROOK LANE (98169)
WHEREAS, United Properties has requested a second one-year extension of the site plan and
conditional use permit for property legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Woods Office
Center; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called public meeting
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of United
Properties for a second one-year extension of the site plan and conditional use permit for Phase 2
construction of Plymouth Woods Office Center, subject to the following conditions:
1. A second one-year extension to the development approvals is hereby granted, subject to the
conditions listed in Resolution 98-697, except as noted in Condition No. 2 below.
2. The lighting plan for the Phase 2 building shall comply with the exterior lighting provisions of
the Zoning Ordinance that were adopted on February 29, 2000.
3. The development approvals shall now expire on November 18, 2001.
