RESOLUTION NO. 2000-581
ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
BRIDGID GLENN ADDITION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2000-491 of the City Council adopted the 10th day of
October, 2000, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to street light improvements
in the Bridgid Glenn Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes continued installation of two (2) street lights;
and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 28th day of
November, 2000, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted October 10, 2000.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Wright Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association.
