RESOLUTION NO. 2000-574
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
11210 AND 11215 — 12TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 28, 2000, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of 11210 and
11215 — 12th Avenue North by the installation of a mast arm street light installed on an
existing pole and this report was received by the Council on November 28, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the
improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted November 28, 2000. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Xcel
Energy Company.
Adopted by the City Council on November 28, 2000.
