RESOLUTION NO: 2000-557
AUTHORIZING CONTRACT FOR CLEANING SERVICES
AT THE PLYMOUTH ICE CENTER AND PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has a program which offers employment opportunities for
mentally challenged individuals; and
WHEREAS, the Ice Center and Plymouth Creek Center need cleaning on a regular basis, and the
City supports this worthwhile program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into a contract with
the State of Minnesota for the provision of cleaning services, and further, that the City Manager
is authorized to sign the contract.
Adopted by the City Council on November 14, 2000.
