RESOLUTION NO: 2000-555
TRANSFER OF FORESTRY FUNDS FROM
2000 BUDGET TO TREE PLANTING RESERVE
WHEREAS, the City and Hennepin County have approved plans for a landscape beautification
project on County Road 10 from Nathan Lane to Northwest Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the project has started but due to weather concerns will be postponed until spring
2001; and
WHEREAS, funding for this project is currently within the 2000 forestry budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that funds in the amount of $29,500 be transferred from the 2000 forestry
budget (line item 101-1330-6222) to the Tree Planting Reserve (line item 404-7000) and these
funds are expressly dedicated to complete the proposed County Road 10 landscaping project.
Adopted by the City Council on November 14, 2000.
