RESOLUTION NO: 2000-554
APPROVING LICENSE AGREEMENTS WITH
WAYZATA SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and the Wayzata School District wish to enter into license
agreements for the athletic facilities at Oakwood Elementary, Greenwood Elementary, and
Wayzata East Middle Schools; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation and the City Attorney have reviewed and
recommended approval of said agreements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the City Manager and Mayor are authorized to sign the license agreements
with Wayzata School District for Oakwood Elementary, Greenwood Elementary, and Wayzata
East Middle School playfields.
Adopted by the City Council on November 14, 2000.
